Pebble & Stone was founded in June 2006 by Sarah Bowen. Sarah spent six years as an Interior Designer in East Anglia's largest furnishing retailer.

Using various design styles and expertise, Sarah gained a NOCN Level 3 in Art & Design and a Diploma in Professional Interior Design.
